SUBJECT: Abolishment of adoption with consensus or without a Vote
PROPOSED BY: Greece

The General Assembly,

1  Concerned by the number of resolutions adopted with consensus or without
2  a vote, and

3  Noticing with concern the dangers of adopting resolutions with consensus 
4  or without a vote:

5 1 Decides to abolish this system of adopting a resolution; and

6 2 Declares that such a system threatens the democratic structure of the United Nations.
