UNOL-R5: Containment of the Imperial Threat for the Good of the greater global community

The General Assembly,

1  Concerned by the growing power and influence of imperialist nations
2  Deeply disturbed by the influence that these nations exert upon smaller nations less able to protect        
3  themselves from the threat of retribution by the said nations  
4  Recognizing the danger of imperial powers’ determination the morality of decisions made by sovereign 
5  powers  
6  Mindful of the fact that the United States of America is the main imperial threat and the coordinator of 
7  the actions by other imperialist nations 

8 1    Resolves that the United Nations demand, with the threat of military action, the payment of all
9       debts currently owed to the United Nations in addition to a tax on the bloated military of the United 
10     States of 10 percent of the yearly United States military budget to be paid by the first day of the       
11     second month of the American budgetary year
12 2   Demands that the United Nations employ a naval blockade of all American naval bases and the 
13      creation of a no-fly zone comprising all airspace within 500 miles of foreign nations and 500 miles
14      from neutral waters
