Delegates,
You may amend a resolution (change it) by presenting your changes to the ORIGINAL author of the resolution. Only if he agrees will the resolution be amended. In short, friendly amendments only.
The deadline for resolution submissions is March 25th. After then, all resolutions submitted will be held until the next conference (August). From April 1st to April 15th we will be debating the five resolutions submitted and immediately afterwards voting via email. Votes not received within 48 hours of the request will be counted as abstaining.
If you have already prepared a speech for a resolution, please email it to me now.
