As the delegate of Colombia, I agree with the delegate from India. I see this resolution as a very good step. However, the question remains on the enforcement of this ammendment, "Are the countries involved with the manufacturing of nuclear weapons going to stop?" This is more of a regional problem that a small number of countries should tackle themselves. It is not a worldwide issue that requires the attention of the UNOL. If all nuclear weapons are seen as illegal, then what would happen to those nuclear arsenals that are not deemed as dangerous. It would be wrong to classify them as illegal and disband them. Also, I think that this is not a problem since most of the countries who manufacture these nuclear weapons seems to have taken the proper safety precaution when handling it and has not pose a threat to the health and well-being of people in their own country, surrounding countries and the world. Thus, even though it would be fantastic his was the reality, don't think the UNOL-R2 is enforceable. Thus, I will oppose this resolution until the proper ammendment are done to make this resolution more realistic
