After 170 years of british rule Hong Kong will be turned over to China. The Japaneese are willing to protect Hong Kong if
violations of human rights occur. I believe that if the Chineese government repress the citizens of Hong Kong we will have
another Teinamen Suqare instance. To prevent this I Cory Cannon Ambassador to Japan offer to make an aliance with Great Britain, the U.S., and other
willing countries to promote free enterprise and freedom of liberty, speach, and press. Japan will initate any action that
we see is unfit according the Declaration of Human Rights, that was signed by many UN members. The Land of the Sun, strongly believes that
if China would let Hong Kong govern itself and become it's own country, bloodshed will not be lost and neither will trade between the
two countries.
