I completely agree with you. Women in Pakistan are suppose to stay at home while the men work. This lifestyle is familiar in many countires, especially the Third World countries. It has a lot to do with the fact that big families are common in these countries. Families of Pakistan and other countries need children to work on farms and support their parents when they grow old. Since women give birth to the kids, they end up staying home and taking care of the kids. I think that a way to change this situation and give equal rights to women and men is to improve education. If every one received an education they could learn new skills and add to the economy of their country. Pakistan right now is increasing its industries and growing fast, which is increasing the strength of its economy. Imagine how much better Pakistan and many other countries could be if they have women going to school and getting or even creating jobs. Women need to get a strong education so they learn about birth control and learn new skills so they get jobs and not just stay home. It would also solve the problem of population in some countries.
