I am also furious of the fact that the democracy Hong Kong citizens enjoyed under the colonial Hong Kong would be abolished by the government of China. It is very inappropriate to even refer the coming of this next chief executive as an election. In addition, I also worry that after China has taken back Hong Kong, Hong Kong citizens will not be able to enjoy some of the basic human rights, such as freedom of speech, etc. One of the issues that Hong Kong is struggling right now is the fact that the Chinese government might abolish the freedom of speech from fellow citizens. The Chinese government will treat any inappropriate speech, according to the government, as an act of treason and punishments would be enforced. In addition, Hong Kong people are also wondering that how the change in legal system will affect their lives as they are used to the British legal system. Meanwhile, to me, Hong Kong, going back to the rule of Communism is a step backward in both political and economical aspects. I am afraid that Hong Kong's economy will deteriorate as a result of Communism rule. Only 82 days left for the hand over of the right to rule, in another sense, Hong Kong is also experiencing a change of dynasty.
