In this realistic social, most of the people think that money is their lives. Therefore those terrible phenomenon which you had listed are inevitable. Althought there are some laws are set, those excuter wouldn't follow strictly . Consequetly these laws just can decrease those badly phenomenon.
If we really want to revise our social, we do it from edcation.
