I agree with Wendy Ng about it is not an issue that can be solved in one day, it takes time. I think the best way to solve this problem is by starting with education. Teachers should start teaching students to respect the rights of others. If the students receive the education properly, there are fewer chances that they might not abuse other people because they would have enough knowledge about not discriminating other people, neither by speech or action.
