Making Donations to the Work of the School of Ageless WisdomThe School of Ageless Wisdom is a nonprofit entity under IRS code. 501(c)(3). None of the workers receive any salaries or monetary compensation from the School. There are two full time and many part-time workers at present. Since the Ageless Wisdom cannot be sold, we do not charge tuition nor do we suggest donation amounts for any of our classes or meetings. Our publications and our one product (Balanced Beginnings) are prepared through voluntary effort and charges are to cover replacement costs. Yet, we do have expenses. One of our coworkers donated an old family home which is our present headquarters. We refurbished the old home place and built a school building for the first Robert Muller School, and thus the mortgage. Printing, computers, office machines, utilities, web hosting fees and the like helps us remember each month the cost of serving humanity even if our intention is to share. We have since 1978 received financial support entirely from unsolicited, voluntary donations. We are not endowed or supported by any corporation or organization. Donations come strictly from individuals who see some value in continuing and promoting the work of the School. Holding steadfastly to this method of financing the work is a regular and ongoing test. We have an unshakable conviction that world economics will one day operate on the Principal of Sharing. By sharing our viewpoints, our pain, our aspirations, our strengths, our weaknesses and eventually our essential identity, we humans will come to see the dire need for and the beauty of economic sharing. We are, however, under no illusion concerning the nature of the economic system under which we now live. Spending money is based on individual choice. Each of us has to decide when and where to spend our money. The forces in the world which are entrenched in and are promoting the materialistic life use exceptionally effective methods. Through this manipulation, the hearts and minds of most men and women are swayed to the material life and thus there our money flows. By comparison, it is difficult for the thousands of groups involved in world service to make themselves known and even more important, make their service valuable to potential contributors. Many of these groups are involved in groundbreaking projects which evoke little attention and understanding and thereby little financial support. There is a new civilization, a new age, arising out of the present one. It will arise principally through sharing. True sharing does not come from the head, but rather from the heart. It is the expanding sense of "us" that seeps through our envelopes of skin to our parents, our mates and children, our friends and loved ones, our communities and nations and eventually to all of humanity. It is that expanding sense of "us" that sees the need and finds the way to help. We, the future, need the help of we, the present. We need to open our eyes to the world as it is. We need to open our hearts to the possibilities of what the world could be. We need to find some way to help and finally we need to commit ourselves to helping the World find its way. Getting committed does not mean selling your possessions and moving somewhere. Commitment comes from the heart. It is simply finding a way to work wholeheartedly. Yet, being effective at commitment means using your head also. It means working wisely with care and grace. It means working in proportion. It means simplifying to the essentials as the nonessentials are brushed away by the winds of progress. We hope that you get committed to the work of the School of Ageless Wisdom. We think our work in the field of education, early brain development, publishing, and as a school of esoteric studies are the buds of a great flowering forth to come in the new age. We hope that you would share financially in this work. But if not with the School, please find some way to commit to the future you know could exist if we shared.
You may contribute to the School of Ageless Wisdom by the following methods.• Send a check or a credit card number through the mail. It would be most helpful if you would print out the Contribution Form, fill it out and send it with your contribution. We accept Visa and MasterCard. On the form you are able to indicate whether you want us to remind you about contributing next year. Otherwise, your name and address will be used only to return a receipt with our thanks. • Call the School and charge your contribution to your credit card. The number is 817-654-1018. Someone will answer the phone during most of the daylight and early evening, weekday hours in the Central time zone, USA. • If you live in or visit the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas, USA area please feel free to drop the contribution off at the School headquarters. |
