Plenary Speeches
This year, for the first time, the plenary speeches are available directly from the website of the UN itself. The speeches from the Millennium Summit are also available. Both speeches give a good picture of the country's position on major issues. These speeches were first put up as a draft copy, so there maybe be a better copy available from the country's mission. If the country's Mission has a web site, they are listed on: UNDP's list of Permanent Missions website, or United Nations -- Permanent Missions website, along with a listing of email addresses of the missions.
